THE HOBBIT SUITE
If you are looking for a place to hold a medium sized event, whether a corporate event, a wedding, a party or any other private function, this room is ideal as it can accommodate up to 150 guests, depending on the desired layout.
The room is located in a separate building with a long covered balcony that overlooks the beautiful grounds, and which also extends the space available to you and your guests even when the weather isn’t ideal. Access to the room is via a flight of stairs and there is a stair-lift for wheelchairs
Corporate Venue
A light and spacious meeting room in Bromley, Kent. With a large screen and projector located in a central position making your presentation easily visible to all guests. Use of a laptop is available to upload your presentation. The room is equipped with speakers to link in with the computer’s audio and there’s free wifi.
The Hobbit function room is separated from the main building and has its own entrance overlooking the playing fields. A buffet lunch can easily be served in the separated bar area along with tea and coffee for your corporate event.
Weddings & Functions
Ideal for a more intimate wedding, private function or party with the ability to accommodate up to 60 guests for a banqueting meal. The Hobbit Suite has a 9 x 8 metre dancefloor with ample seating overlooking the extensive grounds which offer a beautiful background for wedding photos.
The large bar area offers more seating away from the dancing area offering you a chance to relax and chat with friends and family. The room can accommodate up to 150 guests for a private party and still leave plenty of room for a buffet.
The Hobbit Suite can be set up in different layout configurations, as required:
Function/Banqueting Style – round or long tables with chairs placed around them
Cabaret Style – chairs placed behind and to the sides of a table all facing the front of the room
Classroom Style – chairs placed behind a table all facing the front of the room
Theatre Style – no tables with chairs in rows, facing the front of the room
Party Style – tables and chairs placed around the room, less seating and more standing/ dancing area
Civil Ceremony/Partnership – Registration of Civil Partnerships & Solemnization of Marriages
The room can accommodate up to:
Function/Banqueting Style – 60 guests
Cabaret Style – 50 Guests
Classroom Style – 60 Guests
Theatre Style – 90 Guests
Party Style – 150 Guests
Civil Ceremony/Partnership – 150 guests
Our Menus
The Warren offers an extensive range of food, from snacks to buffets to full waiter service banquets, all freshly made with local produce whenever possible. However, should you or your guests have a specific request please let us know as our team of chefs are able to accommodate the majority of requests.
