Our minimum booking duration is half a day, and for those in need of extended periods, our function rooms can be booked over multiple days, but early enquiry is highly recommended.

The Warren’s corporate event facilities are highly sought-after, and as a result we cannot typically offer exclusive venue hire. An early enquiry well ahead of your preferred date may increase the likelihood of availability.

I am looking for a small corporate event venue.

Our Conference Room and Committee Room are smaller rooms, able to accommodate from 12 and 20 guests respectively. The Hayes Room and Wickhams Room can accommodate from 24 and 30 guests respectively. Our event managers will be happy to give you more details for your small corporate venue needs.

Yes, all our corporate venue spaces boast natural daylight, with a bright and inviting atmosphere for your work environment.

Are there any pillars or obstructions in function rooms that may obscure a delegate’s experience?

The only function room with pillars is the Coney Suite,  however they are situated at the back of the large room so do not obscure the view for attendees.

What opportunities are there to apply my corporate branding to the event rooms?

Opportunities for your branding include for pop-up banners and branding materials which can be placed strategically within the function rooms, and posters can be placed in designated areas within the event spaces.

What is the typical turn-time for event rooms changing from keynote set-up into breakout sessions?

Our experienced team can typically turn a room around in just 20 minutes, for minimal downtime between sessions.

Is there a cloakroom where attendees can store coats and luggage if necessary?

The Warren offers free parking for up to 78 vehicles, including three designated disabled spaces.

Yes. While smoking is prohibited inside The Warren, we do have designated smoking areas outside each event room.

Yes. Despite the building being 200 years old, we have made efforts to allow for wheelchair access and our staff are available to help with any specific needs.

The Warren staff are friendly and welcoming to all guests, however welcoming guests into a specific event is typically done by the event hosts.

Are there outlets available for attendees to keep their devices charged?

While we do not have dedicated charging stations, our corporate meeting rooms are equipped with plug sockets to accommodate charging of devices.

Is there free Wi-Fi available?
